Configuring Pastoral Record Default Visibility
Schools can choose to make new pastoral records visible to all staff by default. This means that they can be seen by any staff who can access records in the new record's category. Visibility can still be amended on a record-by-record basis, if required.

Go to Pastoral / Behaviour > Pastoral Management > Pastoral Configuration > Settings. The Settings screen appears.

Click Edit. Additional options become available.
- To make records visible to all users with access to the record's category by default, tick the Visible to all by default check box.

Click Save. The Settings screen reappears and new records are now visible to everyone with access to records in the relevant category.
